May 15-16:  Seven-Years War Event,10am-4pm at Fort Massac State Park.  The Massiac Marines will host a weekend for French and Indian War period living historians from all over the nation to converge on Fort Massac to begin the campaign season.  As in the 1750s, these modern day warriors wait until the wether is right to begin battling.  Each day you will see how the people lived and died (mock battles and tactical operations) during the real First World War.  Free.
