Dec. 1 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. :  Southern Illinois Spinners and Weavers Guild demonstrating crafts at Fort Massac State Park. Free.

Dec. 8 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. :  Massiac Marines  at Fort Massac State Park.  The French and Indian War period living historians will  celebrate "Joyeux Noel" with a feast of traditional dishes.  The decorating will begin for the following day's Olde Tyme Christmas.   Free.

Dec. 9 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. :  Olde Tyme Christmas at Fort Massac State Park.  Re-enactors showcase the Christmas traditions of the French Colonial, American Revolutionary, Lewis and Clark, War of 1812 and Civil War periods in the fort. Massiac Marines will show how a traditional Christmas night might have been for the French soldiers and villagers in 1759.  Live music will be performed and refreshments served inside the museum.  Free.
